IPS are exclusively working with Nash Warren Insurance Brokers in Halesowen helping them find an Insurance Sales Adviser to join their in Motor Trade Road Risk team.
This is an outbound sales role converting warm leads in to sales. There is no cold calling and all leads are recent, the majority just 24 hours old.
Although this is a commercial insurance team they will consider candidates with a Commercial or Personal Lines background. The successful candidate will have previous insurance sales experience, ideally gained in a similar outbound sales function or have a passion for sales and not be afraid of speaking to customers over the phone.
You would be required to work Monday to Friday between 9am and 5:30pm with a 1 hour lunch. They also open Saturday mornings between 9am and 1pm. You would work one Saturday in three and you get a half day off during the week meaning you never work more than 37.5 hours per week.
You will be joining a very successful sales team who already convert 30% of enquiries in to sales join now and take advantage of their rewarding uncapped commission scheme.
