For this Science Graduate role, you must be a determined Oxbridge or Russell Group Science graduate who has experience working with secondary aged children and will have earned an upper second class degree or better. This Science Graduate position involves helping the Science Teachers create and deliver engaging lessons and making sure there are the proper class resources are available to deliver them. Day-to-day, you will be taking note of the approaches other Science Teachers take whilst developing your own unique style through a series of 1:1 mentoring sessions with a talented Outstanding Teacher. As a Science Graduate you will be achieving your professional and personal goals with the help of a supportive CPD programme.
