My Client is a key player within the Large Format Graphic Display Production Industry within the UK. They specialise within a broad range of Large Format Graphics from Banners to Exhibition Stands and Building Wraps plus more.
They are looking for an Account Manager to join their team!
The Account Manager will be manage a portfolio of accounts, and handle projects from brief through to delivery and installation.
The Account Manager must have the following skills;
oPrint Production knowledge
oAbility to manage time accordingly to execute projects in a timely manner
oCustomer Service skills
oAttention to detail with strong organisational skills
The Account Manager main responsibilities will be;
oLiaise with varying contacts, including Clients, Internal and External departments
oFully understand the brief of the client, advising on best products/substrates to use to match requirements
oHandles queries from clients, provide clear and concise updates on the progress of the projects
oMaximise margins at each stage of workflow
oEffectively organise time to execute complex and bespoke projects often on a high volume scale
