Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience
An enthusiastic, qualified teacher of English is required from September 2017 to join a highly successful department teaching English across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with expert colleagues and students who are keen to learn.
There will be many opportunities for the successful candidate to contribute to the busy extra-curricular life of the school and to support their distinctive ethos.
The successful candidate will:
• Be a suitably qualified teacher with QTS (qualified teacher status), QTLS (qualified teacher learning skills) or an NQT (newly qualified teacher)
• Be able to teach the English curriculum across key stage 3, 4 and 5
• Have great knowledge and understanding of the subject area and UK national curriculum with the ability to engage and inspire young people so that they can achieve their full potential
