Fantastic opportunity for a development manager from a housing association, to join a highly revered organisation offering industry leading training and development as well as the opportunity to progress into senior roles.
This company are a leading housing organisation in the South West of the UK. Due to their ongoing success and expansion plans, they now require a Development Manager to join their team in Bath.
In this role you will work closely with a development team, playing a key role on projects to secure new business opportunities as well as managing contract negotiation and approvals. You will also work with local authorities and design teams to ensure products meet the required standards.
The ideal candidate will be a development manager from a housing background. Previous experience in leading projects will be required.
