The HR department currently has an exciting opportunity for a HR Assistant to join their team, reporting directly to the HR Specialist.
Hours of work:
Monday – Thursday 8.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m.
Friday 8.00 a.m. – 1.00 p.m.
The main duties and responsibilities for this role:
- Process data for all emploee relations and day to day administration of letters and updating of HR system.
- Maintain Employee Kiosk and Resourcelink System.
- Send employment references for new starters and comply with requests from external bodies for requests relating to existing or former employees.
- Maintan sickness records with regard to Company Sick Scheme.
- Adminsitration of ID checks.
- Filing of documents.
- Assist with the implementation of Wellbeing initiatives.
- To carry out confidential and discreet counselling via walkabouts.
- Liaising with on site Occupational Health, Counsellor and Physio regards appointments.
