Our client, a leader in the Aviation industry, is currently looking to recruit Junior Customer Services Representatives for their Jet Centre at Stansted Airport.

You will play a vital role to help ensure all Passengers/Crew and Visitors receive a VIP service. Our client is passionate about delivering the highest standard of customer service and is looking for an exceptional individual to help them deliver this to their customers.

Applicants must have:

• Previous hospitality experience
• A full UK Driving Licence
• Good organisational skills
• Good telephone manner
• Experience of Microsoft Word & Excel
• The ability to work as part of a team
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• A can do attitude
• Full driving licence
• A flexible approach towards working hours as hours may be varied to suit the ad-hoc nature of General Aviation
