Lionbridge (UK) Ltd have a permanent opportunity for a Quality, Process & Training Manager, to be based in their busy office in Bristol.

The Quality, Process & Training Manager will be responsible for the creation, implementation, control and assurance aspects of the project quality and processes in line with industry standards, and contractual and corporate requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Implement and control the Quality Management System for the account in line with industry and corporate requirements
- Liaise and act as the local account quality and process focal point with Lionbridge Quality Manager and customer quality management interfaces.
- Liaise with necessary project stakeholders to implement, maintain and update processes and procedures as required
- Implement and control the configuration management database for the Management System and associated documentation
- Communicate and manage all documentation approvals with the necessary stakeholders
- Report and communicate to all necessary stakeholders on Quality and Project audits and results
- Define, communicate and manage necessary action plans from assurance activities and customer non-conformities with responsible project teams and management stakeholders.
- Define and implement local and account audit schedules in line with corporate and industry requirements
- Assist local BMS/ISO coordinator and attend local BMS review meetings, action the necessary internal audit schedule and communicate necessary points to stakeholders
- Control and manage root cause analysis activities in relation to customer production non-conformities
- Monitor and analyse quality information and communicate necessary actions with the Project teams and stakeholders
- Identify any training requirements in collaboration with local management and Training Manager
- Assist in the training of staff, the creation of training material and building overall team capability/competencies
- Help to identify potential IQC staff and mentors, and build competencies for these roles
- Assist the Training & QA Manager and Quality Consultant (in India) in the accreditation and auditing of Internal Quality Assessors, Mentors and Trainers .

Accountability

- Maintain processes and quality levels in line with contractual and ISO Standards.
- Work with Line Manager to ensure personal development, to meet individual objectives
- Monitor quality and processes, highlighting any risks to appropriate levels of Management or Stakeholders as appropriate

Qualifications/skills

- Experience of ISO9001/EN9100 standards
- Experience of aerospace documentation standards ATA100, ATA iSpec2200, S1000D and S2000M is an advantage
- Understanding of quality assurance practices, principles and methodologies
- Knowledge of root cause analysis methods and practice
- Experience of Microsoft Office suite elements
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
