Experienced Recruitment Consultant - Perms - Specialist Sector – Preston
Basic, up to £30,000 Plus Commissions 50-60k OTE
This is a wonderful opportunity to join a growing recruitment business.
Our client is looking to appoint a Perms Consultant for specialist desk. You should already be working as a Perms Recruitment Consultant in the manufacturing or engineering sector of recruitment, however successful candidates working in other sectors of recruitment will be considered. Whilst being a Recruitment Consultant is always about sales, this company prefers to take a more consultative approach to relationship building and business development.
You should be a dynamic self starter, enthusiastic, determined and would like the opportunity to be the architect of your own career. This is a client facing role and you will also be expected to lead from the front in developing business for your section.
