As a Graduate IT Engineer you will have exciting opportunities to be coached and mentored by technical experts within the IT team. The Engineer will follow a clearly-defined learning curriculum structure which will allow the graduate to build their capabilities to ultimately support and internal customers in the areas of front-line support, Office 365, mobile device management and PC installations and support. The curriculum will include technical training as well soft skills such as Time Management and Customer Services.

Job Accountabilities:

- Being aware of all company policies and adhering to them
- Providing first line IT support to internal and external customers
- Performing desktop and laptop support & installations
- Providing mobile device support (Android/IOS)
- Monitoring of alerts
- Escalating issues to senior IT engineers and specialists where needed
- Remote user support
- Local printer support
- Internal and external Mobile Device Management (MDM) support
- Fulfilling daily checklist tasks such as backup maintenance
- There may be the need for occasional trips to customer's sites to aid in training and/or technical projects or issues, though these are normally conducted by IT Systems Engineers and Specialists
- Conducting Information and Cyber Security troubleshooting and end-user awareness training where needed

Skills and Experience:

- IT Service Delivery, Cyber and Information Security and Business Applications desirable
- PC/Laptop and Mobile technology knowledge desirable
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Customer service-focused with an excellent telephone manner
- Ability to communicate effectively via email and phone
- Ability to clearly document processes
- Commitment to timely and accurate resolution of enquiries and problems
- Self-aware, takes responsibility for own development by following the curriculum closely
- Flexible and adaptable - team player willing to assist other and contribute to team outcomes
- Technology-aware, and able to pick up new technologies quickly
- Possesses a passion for the Customer experience and technology
