We believe in championing the right of disabled people to live, work, socialise and participate in the community, free of discrimination and unnecessary boundaries. </span><br><br><strong><span style="font-size: small">Making it happen- your Role </span></strong></p><p><span style="font-size: small">Due to restructure we have an opportunity for a Team Manager in our Fylde Coast Services based in Blackpool. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of a busy service, getting to know the people we support, what's important to them and discovering the best ways to support them as an individual.
