We're looking for a Field Service Engineer to join a leading digital industrial company. Can you demonstrate field experience a technical environment that involved building lasting professional relationships? If so, then you may be the Field Service Engineer that we've been looking for. What will you be doing? As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting all instrument related technical service activities including; parts refurbishment, instrument validation, inspection, troubleshooting, repair, performance testing, customer communications and project assessment. You will have the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team working safely, compliantly and efficiently within a defined group of customer accounts. You will perform water analysis and/or collects samples for preparation, labelling and shipment to designated laboratory for analysis. Within the role, you will be required to travel (50%) across areas such as Luton, Cambridge and Peterborough. What skills/experience should you have? Field experience in a technical environment Excellent computer skills with MS Office, Oracle and an ability to learn software Solid multi-tasking skills Who will you be working for?
