Start: ASAP
Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week including evenings and weekends

Roko York is a family friendly premium health club, with an endless list of cutting edge facilities at affordable price.
We are looking for a motivated, friendly and enthusiastic Front of house team member to join the team at Roko's premium club in York.
Your role will involve:
Meeting and greeting all members and prospective members to the club
Selling retail products
Taking bookings over the phone and in person
Taking and recording member queries and feedback
Taking cash and card payments and completing till reconciliations
Ensuring your working area is clean and tidy at all times
Welcoming customers and ensuring all requests are fulfilled
Providing great customer service
Take pride in your personal appearance and the club lounge environment keeping it clean and tidy at all times
Have a complete understanding of the Club Lounge food menu and beverages to assist with any member queries and to upsell relevant products
Maintain Food Safety standards at all times
Prepare food and drink to set standards including barista coffee standards
Key attributes are:
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Good telephone skills and enjoy face to face sales contact
Organised and professional with ability to cope under pressure
