The role

The role of Assistant Manager  will involve:

Assisting the GM with control of the day to day business, consistently attending to the needs of guests along with developing the business on all fronts

Candidates should have an good knowledge of Fresh food, Coffee, Wines and Beers along with a passion for great service

Training and developing the team to constantly improve the service offering

Successful Assistant Manager applicants are required to have a strong restaurant led background along with being front facing, friendly and extremely welcoming.

Good financial knowledge and have experience within a high volume fresh food operation.

What We Are Looking For

You should have good restaurant and food knowledge, experience of back of house systems including stock checking and staff scheduling and health and safety. You will ideally be from a  fresh food, high volume background with a passion for your product and a great personality.
