My client a leading IT solutions provider are seeking to recruit a talented Software Engineer who will have experience in either Java, Python, C++, GoLang and you will bring the below skill set:
You will be involved in all stages of the lifecycle from understanding customer needs, working with technology partners, designing and developing cloud-based software services, testing and release, bug fixing and enhancements.
You will work an Agile environment and develop software in a wide range of technical areas. In particular with focus on cloud based infrastructure, micro services, high volume transactions and continuous deployment methods with a strong focus on performance, scalability and high availability.
Experience:
We are primarily looking for talent and motivation, rather than many years of experience. We expect you to have a strong and demonstrable understanding of at least one of the following languages
-GOlang
-Java
-Python
-C/C++
We have a strong focus on GOlang, so you should capable of refactoring legacy code in a way that fully utilises GOlang features and methology. If GOlang is not your 'native' language, you must be willing to be mentored.
You will also have experience with and/or understanding of
-Network APIs, protocols and security: REST, HTTP, TCP/UDP, TLS, Crypto/Hashing methods.
-UI development: Bootstrap, AngularJS, D3
-CI pipeline, test and build frameworks: Git, Jenkins, Selenium
