We are currently recruiting for a Design, Print & Digital Content Officer to join our team, here at South Devon College. You will be required to design and produce a range of paper and electronic resources to ensure that the College is developing efficient and engaging resources that are fit for purpose. You will operate print room equipment to provide printing and finishing services and offer the best solution for printed resources for the College. You will also support the development of print resources, displays and working walls within all areas of the college and work with the Learning Technologies and Resources Services (LTRS) e-learning team to create images and graphics as part of our digital learning content.  

The successful candidate will need to hold English and Maths qualifications (equivalent to Level 2), and have a Level 3 qualification in a related field (i.e. Design, Print or Electronic resource making) or have proven experience in designing and creating content. We are looking for someone who has experience of creating resources, posters, displays and electronic content, and be used to working within a busy environment whilst supervising others. You will need to have experience of working with accuracy, to a high quality, working within prescribed timescales, working within a customer focused organisation. You will need to be flexible and efficient in order to meet the fluctuating demands of the service.
