Recruitment Consultant - Birmingham, West Midlands
GBP15000-GBP20000 + OTE + training + Bens
Specialist recruitment agency with its' Head Office in Moseley, Birmingham are looking to recruit 2 Recruitment Consultants either with previous experience from within a telephone based sales sector or graduates coming out of Further Education looking for their first career move (please note this doesn't have to be this year).
Established in 2004, as an agency they cover the Engineering, Environmental and IT market and offer full training on all aspects of the sales process, market sector knowledge and the tricks of the trade to help get you up to speed as quickly as possible.
Being telephone based, the Recruitment Consultant which need to demonstrate excellent communication skills as well as having the drive and determination to work in a targeted sales environment. The success Recruitment Consultant will be given an established client based and candidates to work with and will also have a mentor and manager to work alongside.
