Job Description
To provide a world class customer service experience for Hyundai Customers at Director and Press Office level. To ensure we delight customers with fair and consistent complaint resolution, and to be an advocate for the Hyundai brand.
You will be an excellent communicator and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail with a flair for the written word. You will already be at the top of your game in Customer Services wanting to take your skills to the next level.
All incoming contacts at this level are to be investigated thoroughly and timely with a view to delivering a fair and reasonable outcome to all customers. You will develop relationships within Hyundai Motor UK and its retailer network and most important of all, you need to have a real passion for customer service.
Role purpose
Role responsibilities-
- Handle all incoming Customer correspondence at Director and Press level within a timely manner.
- All responses to be in line with the tone of the Brand, this being in written letter form and emails.
- Investigate all queries to a final resolution and keeping customer updated at all times.
- Ensure goodwill gestures are individual and tailor made to reflect the customer experience
- Develop strong working relationships across Hyundai Motor UK
- Communicate at various levels within Hyundai to resolve customer contacts
- Ensure the continuous development of processes and procedures to help support and enhance the delivering of first class customer service
- Responsible for Case Management on a day to day basis

- Strong written communication skills
- PC Literate - in particular excel
- Ability to deal with challenging customers and to reach a positive outcome
- Experience in the automotive industry , but not essential
