Recruitment and Training consultant
Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies; visiting clients to build and develop relationships; developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment;
• Cold calling 50 -100 employers on daily basis generating leads
• Your responsibilities will include identifying, developing and managing client business relationships as well as selling our recruitment services and negotiating the rates of business.
• Implement and use Careerwise's Training Needs analysis to sell our range of services.
• Build and manage a permanent/interim/contract consulting desk and ultimately build your own business unit within the Recruitment Division
• Developing commercial business relationships with potential employers by telephone to establish new contacts and their recruitment requirements.
• To identify and encourage employers to take on apprentices and/or put their existing employees onto an apprenticeship programme
• Be required to engage with employers to identify suitable Traineeship & Apprenticeship placements.
• Be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of product and service delivery.
• Engage with networks and local stake holders.
• Conduct market research, surveys where necessary and competitor and customer analysis.
• Source potential employers within inner London who will buy into the programme.
• Plan and conduct direct marketing activities.
• Prepare and present sales contracts.
• Make sales calls to new employers
• Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential learners.
• Conduct product training.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepared sales report.
• Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good learner relationships follow up on sales activity.
• Perform quality checks on product and services delivery.
• Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management.
• Maintaining accurate records of client files and other record keeping.
• Enter and updating data on the shared drive.
• Be able to make capable and effective decisions and be focus and resilience.
• Prioritize, manage tasks and have strong organizational, grammar and communication skills.
• Attend events (for example network meetings and careers fair) to widen the brand at a local and national level.
• Be pleasant, professional and proficient.
• Create and manage Microsoft Excel spread sheets and Office for learners and employers data.
• Undertake any other tasks that may be required from time to time
