Premier Pathways is a classroom based experiential learning KS2 Teacher training program which will, upon graduation, accredit you with a full Level-7 PGCE, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and 60 credits towards a Master's degree from the University of Buckingham. The program has a superb and extensive support network and aims to match the best candidates with the most suitable schools. Premier Pathways wants to positively impact the shortfall of teachers in this country.
The ideal Trainee KS2 Teacher will be a graduate with a strong academic background (2:1 degree or above), have an ardent desire to become a teacher, and have a personable, approachable and welcoming personality. The successful applicant will benefit from having worked with children in some formal capacity before however an outstanding personality, top quality academics and motivation to teach will potentially make up for a lack of experience.
The Premier Pathways program is split into separate sections which allow the Trainee KS2 Teacher to develop naturally and organically over an extended period. The sections are 1) Foundation 2) Reflection and 3) Perfection.
