National Plastics (part of Epwin Group) are currently recruiting a Branch Assistant to join the Cardiff branch team.
· Managing daily delivery and dispatch process and ensuring correct routing
· Serving and managing customer enquiries.
· Quoting and selling of the PVCu product range to customers
· Ensuring Invoices, Sales Orders and Credit notes are entered on to the system within a set time frame
· Strong sales, communication and organisation skills
· A firm understanding of what makes for a superior customer experience
· Self-motivated, driven and enthusiastic
· Broad based computer skills
· Previous sales experience in a branch environment highly desirable
· A clean Driver’s licence, honest and trustworthy.
· Hours of work shall be eight hours daily between 7.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday, some Saturdays are expected between 8am and 12pm
