Position: Service Desk
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Wage: From £9.00 per hour
Job description - To work in a busy service desk department, must be IT literate with a good telephone manner, dealing directly with customers. Previous experience in this field or similar fields would be an advantage. Duties include answering the phone, customer service, booking work, dealing with operatives and general admin. You will also cover on call after training is completed brackets (currently every 9 weeks), must be able to meet deadlines. Previous applicants need not apply.
