Job Title: Sales Assistant

This 24/7 emergency plumbing and drainage company require office based staff to support their planned growth. In order to keep their plumbing & drainage engineers working, they need a dedicated office based professional to work within their Loughton office.

Main duties will include finding new potential clients, researching there needs, calling new potential clients and making appointment for directors. Also looking after companies website and social media pages and local account folder.

Monday to Friday - 09.00 to 17.00


- Making calls to generate new customers
- Answer all emails or pass to relevant member of staff
- Assist new customers with their enquiries
- Update new account form and folder
- Call new clients with updates and to get uplift when required
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Other reasonable duties as and when required

Essential Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Stable career history
- Able to act professionally at all times
- Maintain strict confidentiality
- Must be computer literate
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Excellent references

In return for your skills and experience, you will receive:

- Basic Salary of £15,600.00 per annum + Commission - Approximately between £5,000.00 & £10,000.00 but no limit on commission.
