The purpose of the role is to undertake product reviews in support of the Legacy Thematic Review.

You will be responsible for delivering the end to end product review within timescales and for identifying where the product is not being administered in accordance with the T&C's, whether Unfair Contract Terms are being exercised and recommend changes as appropriate.

Individuals will need create strong working relationships across the business to be able to identify and drive changes for the existing products and propositions with a 12 month timeframe. You will also have a key role in sharing your market, product and customer experience and insight with the proposition development and delivery areas to ensure that effective new propositions can be developed.

To be successful in this role some experience or understanding in the following:

  • Experience of product pricing
  • Experience of product development/management environment, within Financial Services
  • Experience of project management
  • Strong stakeholder and 3rd party management experience
  • Working knowledge of life and pensions products, markets and competitors
  • Understanding of the Statements of Principle and Code of Practise
  • Understanding of data governance and data quality principles - essential
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) with all levels of the organisation
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Able to work without close supervision and deliver to tight deadlines - essential
