Residential Park General Manager - Windsor
A very rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Park Residential General Manager to join my client in the Windsor area of the country.
Unlike a holiday park, residential parks are 365 days a year and my clients park managers will be accountable for the operational running and profitability of the park ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction at all times.
This role will incorporate the management of two sites one on an owned and managed set up and one on a managed only contract.
Experienced in general maintenance and responsible for the parks health and safety, the Residential Park General Manager will be responsible for making the decisions on the park ensuring what's best for the business and owners alike.
The Residential Park General Manager will be responsible for creating sales opportunities to buy and sell new homes for the park and then arranging the siting of the vans will be a large part of the role.
Project management or refurbishment experience would be an advantage.
The Residential Park General Manager will need to be a resilient character who can deal with the clientelle on the two parks and handle the current developments that are taking place that are really exciting but time consuming for the Park Manager.
Other skills which would be an advantage would be:
Basic Computer knowledge, Solid understanding of Sales, working on your own initiative, awareness of current health and safety legislation, worked in previous customer facing roles.
37.5 hours per week over 5 days including some weekends and bank holidays.
