Chef de Partie

We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team. It's a great opportunity for someone with a natural drive for excellence, and responsibilities will include:
•    Producing a high standard of food for our menus 
•    Ensuring the highest levels of hygiene
•    Maintaining areas of work and machinery; and 
•    Eliminating wasteful or unprofitable practices
