Finance Manager

Working with a local successful business, I am seeking a Finance Manager for an immediate start on a permanent basis, within Peterborough. You will develop a small team, working closely with the Managing Director. A great opportunity for a strong finalist, or qualified by experience candidate looking to have ownership and the support to develop a small team.

Key tasks will include;

VAT Returns and HMRC related tasks

Manage the day to day financial activities of the business

Manage the debt, dealing with queries from customers and chasing debt

Manage the cash flow for the business

Monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting

Working with the management team to drive efficiency and maximise profit

We are seeking a diverse candidate, someone who is happy assisting in the day to day, but can lead a team and develop the finance function, to the benefit of the business.
