My client is seeking a motivated junior DevOps engineer who is interested in enabling their advanced information discovery systems, which is currently powered by Big Data tech in a cloud and standalone fashion. You will be working within a small agile engineering team and responding to internal and external requests for infrastructure and software support.
Desired Skills:
-University degree in software engineering, computer science, a related discipline or appropriate industry experience
-Minimum of 1-2 year's professional experience in using Linux (RedHat/CentOS ideally)
-Comfortable with virtualization ideally containers and KVM
-Basic Windows, Mac and hardware knowledge
-Ability to adapt to changing and priorities in a fast paced environment
