My client is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Service Delivery Manager to join an industry leading IT reseller and Managed service provider. My client is holds top level status in the IT market with 1000's of clients already on account.

Responsibilities;

- Monthly, weekly and daily service meetings reporting analysis
- Ensurance of consistently high service to all our clients
- Implementing all compliance framework
- Strategical approach to enhancing performance
- Supporting business managers in bid appeals
- Support business development on new account opportunities

Essential requirements

- Must have 1-2 years' minimum experience in a similar role (ideally from the IT industry)
- Proven track record of design and implementation
- Strong negotiations skills
- Natural leadership qualities
- Ability to write detailed reports
