Restaurant Manager - Piccolino, Heddon Street
GBP35,000 full package, including Tronc and bonuses.

The Role:
We are currently seeking a well-organized, engaging and well-presented Restaurant Manager to join our team at Piccolino, Heddon Street. The successful candidate will assist the General Manager in the day to day operation of the restaurant ensuring company standards are maintained. The roles requires someone who can create a positive working environment and manage and motivate the team to encourage excellence in service and customer care.
The successful candidate should:
Be organised and able to manage, develop and support a team in order to improve and develop their skills
Be able to ensure that Company standards are set and maintained in terms of quality of service and be able to actively promote and develop sales skills within the team
Be able to ensure that the whole team actively promotes and achieves excellent standards of customer care and that customer issues and complaints are dealt with professionally and courteously
Be responsible for the cleanliness of the restaurant and ensure that all requirements (both statutory and Company) are met in relation to Health & Safety and Food Safety
Ensure that all administrative requirements are completed in line with Company policy, including banking, stock management, employee records, Health & Safety documentation and to be responsible for all company monies.
Control costs in line with the budget
Ensure there is clear, effective communication both in terms of the kitchen and Front of House teams and that staff briefings are carried out on a daily basis.
