Maintenance Fitter
Manufacturing company in north Manchester are recruiting for a Maintenance Fitter to work in a team of 3 fitters/electrician. The role will be a diverse one but will include
- Working in a team of 4
- Liaising with suppliers
- Taking a hands on approach in a fitter role being an integral part of the team
- Developing preventative maintenance schedules for existing and new machinery
Experience of pneumatics, hydraulics and compressed air systems will be a distinct advantage.
In addition a working background in gearbox repairs, rebuilding and maintenance would be helpful.
Stick welding, metal fabricating experience along with a problem solving approach are key skills required.
