Database Activity Coordinator / Data Analyst - Consumer Data / SQL

John Ross Associates is delighted to be working with a dynamic, reputable and innovative company regarding the recruitment of an experienced Data and Database Activity Coordinator based in Bristol.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate working knowledge and ideally 2+ years' experience with SQL / CRM database platforms and ideally be degree educated within a related discipline.

You must have a full drivers licence and transport.

Overview
The role will require you to manage, maintain, update, report and develop our client's database and manage the delivery of multiple assignments and reports. You will work closely with the internal and external team, liaise with new and existing clients and manage the smooth, accurate delivery of the assignment providing the customer with exceptional customer service and experience.

You will proactively manage multiple client assignments and requirements across the UK. You will be responsible for accurate reporting, database management and ensuring the end report is of an extremely high standard.

Responsibilities
Organising and proof reading customer experience programmes, conducted nationally
Managing and developing a large national database
Maintaining and developing administrational procedures and raising invoices
Working closely with the admin team to ensure smooth running of all monthly assignments
Sourcing relevant assessors across the UK
Processing new and existing applications
Responding to incoming emails and correspondence
Organising monthly visits for clients
Ability to prioritise workloads

Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications
Educated to degree level
Working knowledge of SQL, CRM systems / database platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a sharp eye for detail.
Excellent analytical and interpretational skills
Advanced Excel skills such as pivot tables.
The ability to proof read, compile, analyse and communicate large amounts of data, both qualitative and quantitative.
Experience in graphic design / web development would be advantageous
