Contracts Manager

Job Overview

Strong experience of building and maintaining third party relationships to support.
Strong experience of practice contract writing skills
Strong knowledge of smart metering programmes.
Commercial management of outsourced metering field delivery
Management experience of third party relationships by providing commercial support, risk management and the monitoring of on going performance and contractual KPIs
Working with stakeholders and third parties to identify and maximise the successful delivery
overseeing the creation, negotiation and on-going management of key commercial contracts
Strong understanding of contractual agreements for management of any commercial issues including disputes.
Working on contracts within an annual multi million pounds spend.
Strong knowledge of the electricity and gas markets, including the regulatory environment
