FITNESS INSTRUCTOR - NORTHAMPTON

A British Military Fitness Instructor is the person who sets the standard for our company. This is the front line of BMF and we are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic and professional instructors to deliver excellent quality fitness classes to people of all abilities. Each session will be unique to the last, appropriately challenging for each individual and great fun for everyone.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and implement fun and challenging fitness classes
• Provide enthusiasm, encouragement and motivation to our members
• Maintain high professional standards in a busy and social environment
• Support your Park Manager in growing their venue
• Be extremely reliable and provide flexibility
• Maintain required CPD and training with BMF

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Level 2 and Level 3 Fitness qualifications can be provided through our Academy
• Minimum Level 2 Fitness qualification and first aid certificate (i.e. level 2 gym, level 3 personal training, military PTI qualification)
• Exceptional attitude towards great customer service
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to teach, engage and motivate a group of people
• Imaginative fitness session planning skills
• Passionate about health and fitness with a good level of fitness

EXPERIENCE:

• Military, Police or Fire Service experience required
• Experience of delivering fitness classes (however full training will be provided)
• A team player who can work well in a harsh conditions
• Working in a customer focussed environment
• Leadership skills with a group of people
