Salary up to £24,052 (depending on experience)
Caerphilly
Citizens Advice Caerphilly & Blaenau Gwent are recruiting a specialist debt adviser to join our expanding team to provide a comprehensive debt advice and casework service by telephone, via webchat and through e-mail.
You will need proven debt or generalist casework skills and a minimum of 12 months full-time experience or equivalent, the ability to work on your own initiative, experience of working within multi-functional teams with shared goals, excellent verbal and written communication skills, be confident with IT packages and have a good standard of maths and English.
The post will be based at and supervised from our Caerphilly office. The successful applicant will be a competent and experienced debt adviser who is confident in meeting defined targets.
