An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an Asset Management Surveyor to join us at our office in Enfield.

Within this role, you will be responsible for delivering asset management functions to a growing property portfolio spread over a large geographical area.  You will work with the assets and compliance team and property service to support the delivery of high quality reactive and planned maintenance and advise the business on strategic asset management and asset value enhancements.

Reporting to the Assets and Compliance Manager, you will lead on the delivery of all property surveying related matters, disrepair claims, major works and compliance related activities.  In addition, you will also produce annual budget estimates for planned maintenance, compliance, planned and cyclical work programmes that meet the statutory and contractual obligations.

In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you possess a relevant building surveying qualification coupled with demonstrable relevant experience in a property maintenance and asset management related environment.

With relevant expertise on all compliance related matters and delivering associated programs of works, you should be familiar with working in a built environment or DLO along with experience of working to high QA standards in a pressurised environment.  Knowledge of H&S regulations within the sector is also required.

Although not essential, membership of the RICS, MCIOB or similar would be beneficial along with any experience of working for a social housing or registered housing provider.
