An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Customer & Community Manager to join us at our office based in Peckham.
Within this role, you will manage the delivery of Customer & Community Services for an individual branch putting the customer at the heart of everything we do; ensuring we meet the needs of the business, our clients and their customers.
In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you have substantial experience of working as a line manager within a customer service environment.
With experience of handling multiple tasks in a high volume, rapidly changing environment, you will be familiar with developing and delivering service improvements and will have experience of managing complaints.
Experience of working with computerised systems is also important and you will have good attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Candidates should also possess a full UK driving licence
