37 hours per week

1x permanent position

1x fixed term position to March 2018

You will be working in a busy customer contact centre at our Haverfordwest office being the first point of contact for our customers. 

We are looking for enthusiastic team members with excellent communication and organisational skills who will be committed to delivering a high quality customer service.

You will be working closely with Housing and Maintenance professionals and will be required to liaise with a range of stakeholders to oversee repairs. You will also be administering landlord’s gas safety checks in order to meet service standards, letting homes and collating statistics, maintaining systems and updating records.

The successful candidate will have 5 GCSE’s in Grade C or above, (or equivalent), including Maths and English and be computer literate.  Previous experience of dealing with customers is essential with a focus on providing excellent customer service.  

If you are shortlisted for interview you will be also be required undertake short assessments.

*All posts are subject to a six month probationary period and you will be appointed on a probationary salary which will be 97.5% of the spot salary for the post.  This will be reviewed at the end of the probationary period.
