This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter to further enhance their career. My client is seeking a motivated and resourceful recruiter to source, attract, and help on board the best talent. This role is field based with some office working and extensive territory wide travel

Responsibilities/Duties

• Work with managers to develop and execute recruitment plans
• Source, research and approach candidates
• Research and recommend new sources for finding candidates
• Post openings on appropriate media
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates
• Conduct regular follow up meetings with mangers to determine the success of the recruitment plans
• Conduct pre interview assessments
• Co-ordinate interviews
• Send rejection and offer letters
• Maintain recruitment data in applicant tracking system
• Perform background and reference checks
• Assist with interviewing where required

Skills/Attributes

• Only candidates with internal recruitment experience will be considered for this role.
• 5 years minimum experience in sales recruiting
• Ability to work with various departments and understand their specific requirements
• Proven candidate sourcing and relationship developing skills
• Degree or "A' Level standard
• Strong time management skills and analytical thinking.
• Detail oriented with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and multi-task on a variety of different tasks.
• Ability to work under stringent deadlines
• Proactive in challenging status quo to drive change for the business
