The Trust is seeking to appoint an Attendance Improvement Manager to join our successful Attendance Team from 1st September 2017 to be responsible for managing student attendance and punctuality at our Bluecoat Beechdale Academy. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, confident and be able to work using their own initiative in order to improve overall attendance. The successful candidate must be able to plan, develop and monitor strategies with regards to attendance and take responsibility for driving improvements to meet academy targets.
