CGL are seeking to recruit a Central and Eastern European (CEEHP) Coordinator to deliver the established service of CGL's CEEHP in Wisbech. The successful candidate will work in partnership with Fenland Council, Operation Pheasant (a multi-agency exploitation project), UKBA, Home Office and multiple voluntary sector agencies to ensure that CEE clients receive appropriate advice, support and referral to find suitable accommodation, reconnect to their home nations, or are linked with support services such as welfare support, social care support, housing related support and primary care services in Wisbech.
The post holder will report to the CGL Cambridge, Team Leader. He /She will carry a case load, be responsible for carrying out risk assessments, comprehensive assessments, support plans, support plan reviews and ongoing case management for all clients to ensure all receive a high quality service, adhere to best practice guidelines and high professional standards.
