Trial Balance Consulting have been exclusively assigned by a forward thinking and rapidly expanding firm of Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors, who seek to recruit an experienced Tax Manager with a view to fast track promotion to department head. The opportunity would suit an ambitious, qualified tax accountant seeking to further their career whilst working with an extremely interesting portfolio of clients.
The firms Cardiff office already possesses a large and successful portfolio of mixed Tax clients and this pivotal role will oversee the continued development of this client base. This is a mixed role that will oversee a range of corporate and individual clients to include extremely successful companies and high net worth individuals.
The successful candidate will be professionally qualified (ACA/CTA ideal) individual with an extensive and proven track record in taxation. The incumbent will possess accomplished technical (compliance) experience yet possess a commercial and personable attitude as the role will entail a degree of direct advisory responsibilities.
The role will also entail:
- Networking and business development to increase awareness of the firm's offerings
- The recruitment, training and management of department employees
