As an Internal Sales Team Leader / you will be:
Job Responsibilities:
Hands on Team leader, lead from the front in terms of Sales and performance, Lead drive and motivate a team of Telemarketers across numerous Campaigns:
Preferred Skills:
* Track Record in Sales and Targets
* Track record of managing a Sales Floor
* Drive KPI's / Coach / Mentor / 1-1 meetings
* Reporting daily to a Sales Director
* Worked in Telesales / Telemarketing / Internal Sales / Contact Centre or similar background
Personal Attributes:
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Target driven
* Ambitious
* Track record in sucess
* Sales Foucssed
Salary, Hours and Benefits:
* GBP25,000pa- GBP30,000pa +Bens Package
* Monday-Fri Operational Hours 09:00-17:30
* 37.5 hours per week
