Asbestos Surveyor Analyst - Birmingham - GBP23 - 32,000 & Vehicle
Due to an increase in work load and lots of new contracts, my client a UKAS accredited environmental consultancy are expanding rapidly across the Midlands.
They are one of the UK's leading Health & Safety compliance management consultancies, with offices in London, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Liverpool, with more offices in the pipeline due to repeated success within the environmental sector.
My client is looking for self-motivated and dynamic qualified Asbestos Surveyor Analysts who will play an inherent part in the success of this expansion.
You will also be given the opportunity for continued professional development within your role and become involved in elements on Project Management if you desire.
As part of your Asbestos Surveyor Analyst position, you will have an all-inclusive role, including;
* Management, Demolition and Refurbishment surveys
* Fulfil smoke and air tests, such as; leak, clearance, reassurance and four stage clearances
* Utilise your theoretical and practical expertise to the asbestos air monitoring process
* Work in accordance with the relevant regulations
* Liaise effectively with clients using your professional communication skills
* Submit data promptly
The successful Asbestos Surveyor Analyst will need to have the following experience and qualifications;
* P402,P403 and P404 Qualified
* Experience working on a variety of properties, including domestic and commercial
* At least one years' experience
* Flexible approach to work and a desire to progress
* Full Driving License
You will be offered a competitive salary of GBP22,000 - GBP32,000, dependent on experience, plus continued development and benefits.
