Building Surveyor - Residential/Housing - Brighouse
Up to GBP30,000 Per Annum
An internationally recognized Real Estate practice, with its focus within the Residential and Housing sector, is seeking a Building Surveyor to join their growing team at their office near Brighouse!
Founded over a century ago and specializing in various services including Building Surveying, Party Walls, CDM and Project Management, including a range of other specialist professional services, our client is looking for a Building Surveyor that will be able to take lead of projects from inception to completion.
You will showcase and further develop your Building Surveying expertise within a dynamic and forward thinking office, with the shared value of providing a professional service. You will work on a range of projects from a couple of hundred thousand Pounds to a couple of GBPmillion in value.
As the successful Building Surveying, you will ideally have the following to be considered:
* (RICS accredited) Degree in Building Surveying
* 2-3 years post-degree Building Surveying experience as a minimum
* Looking to start of have started the APC program
* Self-motivated and possess a strong work ethic
* Ability to work as an individual and in a team
* Holder of a full UK driving license
On offer for your expertise, is negotiable salary of up to GBP30,000, plus a range of benefits including pension, car allowance, performance related bonuses, professional development plans through the APC program and rapid progression opportunities within a recognized and well-established Practice.
