What you'll do:
As a Fraud Investigator, you will be responsible for identifying and investigating complex potential fraudulent claims against the business. Utilising the tools which are available within the business and also identifying other possible solutions in the industry, you will prevent the business from being targeted and exploited by Fraud.
How you'll do it:
Working within the Fraud and Risk team and under the supervision of the Fraud Manager you will:
* Work as part of a team undertaking all appropriate tasks to ensure that the business is well placed in relation to its counter-fraud measures.
* You will provide a level of escalation for the risk executives for more complex individual fraud cases alongside conducting thorough investigation of linked and organised fraud cases through to their conclusion.
How we work: In order to be an excellent addition to our team you will;
* Possess excellent counterfraud knowledge including knowledge of specialist systems and products.
* You will be a confident, self starter and have the ability to work on your own initiative and drive improvements when needed.
* You will be well organised with an excellent eye for detail, with the ability to build and monitor processes which are beneficial to the business.
Working 37.5 hours per week, any 5 days from 7 , between 0800 - 1800
