Branch Manager - Driving Recruitment - Birmingham The Midlands
The Package:
Basic to 36K depending on ability track record and career to date. Commission scheme based on revenue generation and profitability of the branch.
The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and proven Recruitment agency Driving/Logistics Branch Manager is now required to assist in the growth and expansion in my clients Birmingham branch. You will have experience gained with in the Driving and Logistics space ideally within the Midlands region. This role will involve all aspects of being a recruitment branch manager including Sales, & Service, Recruitment, staff mentoring and general growth in the branch. You will need to be experienced, proactive, forward thinking and keen to make your name within this already well known recruitment agency.
We are looking for those with entrepreneurial spirit - with an ability to spot and capitalise on new business opportunities and to capitalise on revenue generation.
