Trainee/Junior Recruitment Consultant

My client is a large independent Recruiter with many offices around the East Midlands region specialising within the , Industrial and office commercial sector's on both a permanent and temporary basis. Their business is focused around quality and this focus is the reason they ensure that they are number one choice for recruitment within the Nottinghamshire region. Due to an internal promotion they are looking for a dynamic and results orientated consultant to work from their established Newark office running and developing their Industrial and Commercial division.

Within your role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

Developing new and existing business and client relationships via telephone and face to face meetings
Focusing on providing a quality recruitment service
Managing a database of temporary workers
Resourcing candidates using various mediums
Building relationships with both new and existing clients
You will be expected to the demonstrate the following skills for a Trainee Recruitment Consultants role

A strong sales ability either face to face or telesales and be an excellent relationship builder with the tenacity to succeed
Strong attention to detail and a quality driven approach
Excellent communicator and enjoy working in a targeted environment
