Manufacturing Production Engineer-Days-Assembly

Are you a Mechanical/Electrical Engineer from a high volume manufacturing
production background looking for progression, and a chance to join a global market leading company?
On offer is a day's based role, with on-going technical progression and training, plus the opportunity to travel and partner with European sites.
This company is the leader in the supply of precision and mechatronic products, primarily for the automotive industry.
The role's purpose is to improve the production processes
THE ROLE
1.Lead the specification, sourcing and ordering of components for equipment manufacture or refurbishment.
2.Co-ordinating machine rebuilds in Precision production to increase capability and capacity
3.Process improvements through APS and Jishuken activities.
4.Working in collaboration with European production partners
THE PERSON
1.Academic/working experience in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
2.Production engineering background in a process/component manufacturing industry.
3.Experience of Project Management
4.Experience of using drawing software packages or PLC programming would be preferred
The role is working 8.30-4.30 Mon-Thurs, 8.30-4 Fri.
