The ideal graduate for this role will be an overachiever, who has been to either an Oxbridge or Russell group University. The Head teacher is looking for a candidate who has a confidence in their ability to support her high demanding students. The main duties of this post will be to support Sixth formers who are now thinking about what Universities they will chose, but also supporting them with their academic studies. Depending on your degree subject the school have also informed me they would offer a successful candidate the chance to join their successful school direct programme from September 2017, or latest 2018.
